Save Cricklade Leisure Centre

Terms of Reference

The Keep Leisure in Cricklade (KLIC) group has been formed as the focus to promote and lead:

•A campaign against the intended mothballing of Cricklade Leisure Centre at the end of December, with a potential to be closed at the latest March 31st 2007.

•An investigation to delay the final decision, pending completion of the groups case

•An exploration of the ongoing viability of the Cricklade Leisure Centre under an alternative management arrangement.

•Provision of a response to North Wiltshire District Council of a case for the Cricklade Leisure Centre to remain open.

•To oversee the reformation of the Cricklade and District Community Association as a registered charity.

In order to achieve this, a committee will be formed to achieve the above aims by the 31st January 2007.

The committee will report its findings and outcome to the Town Hall at the end of that period.
